So often, we see people only focus on physical readiness and not build the muscles in their brains for what will happen on game day.
This leaves too much space in your head for the ANTs (automatic negative thoughts) to creep in.
So if you are doing something for the first time, borrow this mantra: I’ve got this, I’m ready, Let’s go!
